Incredibly special stay! When you enter the drive way to the villa you’re transported to another world and time. Novello and his family are wonderful and warm people who welcome you in to their family home, happy and excited to share the history and stories of their ancestors who lived here. The food is incredible and all made from scratch, gorgeous selection of wine. We enjoyed drinks in the garden before dinner. If you’re after a night or two of enchantment then stay here.

We had the most amazing time staying here! The kindness and hospitality we received was exceptional, it felt like we were welcomed into the home! The home cooked meals were such a highlight, the gnocchi was our favourite thing we ate our whole trip! House is very specious and well equipped for your needs & comfortable stay. Location in peaceful and quiet safe residential area with private parking provided with. We could consume the water from their garden to rinse and clean our car which was a positive experience, and we are grateful for them. Owner couple live on the ground floor. They are very attentive and friendly yet never been intrusive. We left the place happily without knowing what we had left behind. The lady contacted us that they found our tablet in the house and offered us to send it to our home abroad immediately. Luckily for us, we had managed to pick it up in the following week from the house itself though. Her concern for us and gesture to offer us the solution immediately was beyond our imagination. Highly recommended.

I had walked on the Via di Francesco for several weeks when I stopped for an overnight here. It was one of my favorite places on the trail. The people could not have been nicer. The apartment was huge, but warm and comfortable. We brought food to cook, but the hostess asked us what else we needed and provided olive oil, salt, and vinegar. Breakfast was wonderful, brought to the apartment on a huge tray by the hostess who offered refills on the coffee. And the whole deal comes with alpacas roaming the property. I could have stayed for a week.
