Spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows, room was cleaned every day, the bathroom equipped with both shower and spa bath, big balcony with garden view and sitting area, beautiful nicely decorated villa. The hostess is so kind and generous that we didn't want to leave :-) The location is great: quiet place but just few minutes drive to autostrada. Breakfast in the loggia was super great and varied with great homemade cakes and jams. We would definitely return if we need to stop over again in Forli.

Our room was super clean and comfortable. There was a free parking slot in the garden as well. Each detail of the room and common area was very cute and nice! Nadine is super kind person, she prepared breakfast for us, she is very friendly. In the room and in the kitchen there was everything that one may need! We enjoyed a lot staying there! Amazing staff, they were really kind and thoughtful. They provided information about the city and the best places to visit and eat, making our visit memorable. They even surprised us at breakfast with a croissant and a candle for my girlfriend's birthday. The whole guestroom is nicely decorated and looks very fancy. The rooms were clean, spacious and also had a nice bathroom. The location is right on the main street in the center of the town. We would definitely stay here again!

Alessandro met us on arrival, really excellent host, showed us our rooms, which were just what we wanted, two rooms at the top of their house. There is a lift if you need it, but stairs easy. Amazing comfy beds, solid floors, and beautifully quiet. Lovely roof top area for breakfast, with rooftop views. Perfectly clean, a fridge, fresh milk, cold water, maps, tea making facilities, what more do you need, oh it has lovely cool aircon. Perfect location for Imola F1, which is what we were there for, an a great alternative to beat the crowds, door to door by road 50 mins. Ravenna is so pretty and there was plenty of parking out side, so you could walk into town for pizza a nd a glass of something, 10 mins away.

Apartment was lovely, and much bigger than expected and very well equipped. Luca the host was super helpful via WhatsApp and couldnt do enough for us. Great to be able to leave luggage there securely too on the day we checked out. Less than 10 mins to the main station and less than 5 mins to main square and Dante's tomb, and 10-15 to other attractions like the major churches and mosaics, and the amazing Mercado Copperta and the restaurants and bars in that area
