Great spot, nice view from the window. Quite cheap parking just behind the residence (1,2€ per hour 8-20 everyday also Sundays). Next to the parking there is a 'basket' attraction worth attending. Super contact by whatsapp with kind and helpful lady owner, all the instructions needed we got before coming.

Just wow! Starting from the beginning till the end the owners were on top. They met us, showed the apartment and were on hold during all our holiday in their house. The apartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated and has the garden and a good location with the private parking place. Highly recommended!

The comfort in the appartement is amazing, it has a nice warm mountain vibe, the location is beautiful and the owner is wonderful! This is the best it can get. (And like everyone mentions, the breakfast is mainly homemade and different every morning. It’s so lovely!)

The owner, Monia, of the apartment was incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of and our stay was smooth and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, Monia had provided us with comprehensive information on parking, key pickup, and accessing the lovely apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by how straightforward and hassle-free the entire process was. The apartment itself surpassed our expectations, offering everything and more for a comfortable and delightful stay. During our checkout, we had the pleasure of meeting Monia in person, and her warm and friendly demeanor further added to our positive experience. She shared her deep passion for Gubbio, a beautiful medieval town abundant in history and culture. As we were preparing to leave, Monia even provided us with recommendations for exploring other noteworthy destinations outside of Gubbio. Overall, our stay at the apartment was exceptional, and we can't wait to return. Both the town and the accommodation exceeded our expectations, and Monia's exceptional hosting made our visit truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking an amazing experience in Gubbio. Thank you once again for everything!

The property is in a charming little street on the rolling hillside just outside of Gubbio. It is spacious, comfortable, comes with a luxurious swimming pool and garden. The hosts, Daniela and Gino are really very welcoming and were available any time we needed them. They went the extra mile to make us feel at home, and surprised us with french pastries for Sunday breakfast.
