This is an elegant villa in a gorgeous green location. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, they understood my situation with a late check-in at night and even gave me a better room than I booked. Unfortunately I had to go and could not spend enough time to enjoy my stay in such a beautiful place. The breakfast was excellent, everything you could want, and how beautifully decorated! If I could I would give 100 out of 10! I am very grateful and will definitely come back again. Thank you and see you!

The location was perfect. Casa Cigana is a gorgeous historic place and gorgeously decorated. Fabio was an extremely friendly, communicative, and helpful host. He gave us recommendations on what to do and where to go to dinner both nights we were there and even made restaurant reservations for us. We visited Tortona because my Father's great grandfather was from Tortona and my dad grew up hearing stories about it from his grandmother and had always wanted to visit. Fabio even offered to help look up my father's great grandfather. It was a truly wonderful stay, the view is gorgeous, the wine exquisite, and the food delicious. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is very good place for stay (not long distance from train station and city center), the owner is very helpful, speaking English. The room was very clean, inside the room and bathroom you can find many amenities that are missing even in more expensive hotels (space for towels, cosmetics and clothes when you are using the bathroom, the maps and informations about town you are, sleep mask and earplugs etc.). The owner took care of the very nice interior design.

We booked 1 hour before coming at 20.30. Great response. Call owner. Owner was there show me app and give ticket for free breakfast. Very very good hospitaliy. 5 star. There is a safe parking for car for free. Internet has 37Mbps speed. Everything was clean.5 star.

    The fascinating old Italian villa with a history that dates back to the 1930s, a funny and kind manager, and meeting the owner of the villa- Madame Gabrielle. The swimming pool was just right the thing- very nice to cools down after a long road. The furniture is comfortable, there are old decorations also. Very historical and authentic atmosphere , the view is good. Thank you so much for such an impression- it’s an inspirational heaven for writers and artists!

    Very friendly reception. An old house with nicely renovated rooms in the old tradition, modern bathroom. Nice court with a big tree where we could just sit and enjoy the nice view into the landscape and where we had breakfast. Mombisaggio is a tiny village near Tortona.

    the facility is unique because it is an old villa that has been renovated to have four luxurious rooms. The villa has kept its original appearance and the interior looks impressive, as if you have returned to the past. Breakfast is not just delicious food, but a whole experience.

    Hidden gem!!! If you want to experience the real Italy, far from the tourist crowds, this is the real deal! An old family mansion has been lovingly converted to an intimate bed and breakfast in a sleepy hilltop village. Artistic touches throughout, lovely homemade breakfast, and ask to see the family winery next door!
