Away from the maddening crowds. Lake Como is very busy but this apartment is tucked away from any crowds or traffic. Be prepared to do a lot of walking though as its a distance from the town, ferry and shops. Small but new kitchen. Very clean. Great balcony to relax on and take in the views. we were there for a week so it was perfect

The host is very friendly. The Apartment is very spacious, comfortably furnished and very tidy. The room is equipped with 2 air conditioners, so it is not afraid of the heat in the hot summer. Apartment is only 5 minutes away from the pier, very convenient for boat trips. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a cozy guest room next to the owners’ living space, and they are always available for any queries. The breakfast is better than what you can get in 5-star hotels in Italy. The owners are extremely kind and lovely. They proudly showed my their garden and they even had me taste their own lunch which is fished from the Como lake. Walking distance to the pier and easy to go to the train station too.

Location! Everything in Veranna was a walking distance. Fantastic communication with the Host. He sent us all informations and recommendations ahead of time. The entire place was beautiful, clean, and prepare for the guest with everything you will need during your stay. Across the street there is fantastic Italian restaurant. Food was delicious and the service really friendly. IF you thinking to visit Lake Como do not think twice and book Veranna by Foot. You can commute from there to other cities, like Bellagio or Como by water taxi. I strongly recommend it and will definately come back.

Everything. From the hosts (Francesca and her dad), everything went great and we felt so welcomed. The place was cleaned and ready before the check-in time. The apartment had everything we needed, and felt very homey and modern. Bellano is chill and not very touristy, so I recommend staying at Emma House. You can easily get everywhere using the train or ferry. Thank you, Francesca!

    The apartment was spotless. It had good beds, a lovely view, and a nice bathroom with a washing machine/dryer unit that we used extensively. We especially appreciated the downhill walk from the train station. The apartment was not in the main, historic section of Varenna. Instead, it was in a neighborhood slightly north of the main village. It was close to the boat terminal. This was convenient when we left because we took a boat to Como.

    Christian just made our entire Trip. We came out for our wedding and wow what a host. The best villa we have ever stayed in - ITS STUNNING! All the rooms are amazing!! The views are insane!!     The service from Christian was incredible . He gave us the most amazing and helpful recommendations which really impacted our trip in a positive way. The location was so close to town and the most amazing views. The room was clean, spacious and we loved utilising the kitchen facilities and cooking a few of the nights. Having the pool made it even better we loved our afternoon swims and drinks by the pool. We had the most special experience at Villa Monte and was one of the best places we have ever stayed.

    The kitchen and the bathroom had all the possible amenities that one could ask for in order to comfortably stay in the villa. The villa was clean and there was modern furniture. The best thing about this villa was the location as there is an amazing view of Lake Comp and Menaggio. There are also lots of seating available outside and a spacious balcony to enjoy the view.

    MG the host coordinating did a great job. Appreciate his helpfulness. Location is great, its on higher ground, and away from the crowds. Beautiful view of Lake Como from the room and the villa. Nice Pool to laze and relax , even though the pool water was cold. The villa seems newly renovated, all features in room are rather new and clean.
