Very beautiful apartment in a central location. Honestly it felt like home away from home. They had thought of many details, including small ones. The bottle of wine, tomato sauce and pasta definitely saved us from going out in the rain or ordering in. I liked the fact that living & kitchen area was separated by a door from the bedroom and bathroom area (we had a child with us too). Car was safely parked downstairs. In the apartment you could find many useful info too about Varese etc. Would definitely come again :)

Our time at RIAREL was great - the room with bathroom was spacious, new and exceptionally clean, as well as the common areas; we had no issues whatsoever. The place is tucked away from traffic in the small village of Rodero, a good location to visit Como and the surrounding areas within a short drive. Don't worry about the 'self-serve' breakfast: it's generous, with plenty of choice and of good quality; the kitchen is well kept and you have everything you need to cook meals for yourself. Carlo is an exceptional host, friendly and kind, and provided some good tips for restaurants and things to do during our short stay.

It was an unbelievable stay. The castle is on the top of a hill, surrounded by nature. Rooms are immaculate, spa very well organised with a lot of saunas. The restaurant… exquisite food, I had the best lamb ever . Breakfast is above the expectations of a top Italian breakfast and … believe me .. I am Italian very picky on food. The bombolone and the caprese cake were unforgettable. Last but not least : location is few minutes from the CH boarder and you can bypass Choassi which is normally very busy , so it is a perfect base to visit the Como Lake and to return to North Europe .

    The one thing above all else is the exceptional warmth and genuine hospitality of the host, Professor Bisiach. Not often are you lucky enough to meet someone so friendly and charming. Villa Puccini is a truly unique experience - full of fascinating memorabilia relating to classical music. The room has a very pleasant balcony to enjoy the views. The decor might not be to everyone's taste but I really liked it! The villa is situated in a lovely, peaceful part of town. I genuinely hope to return, as this visit was too short.

    Villa Puccini breaths history. It's unique place to stay. With music instruments and pictures on the walls you have the impression of sleeping in a museum. And a very quite one as well. Excellent stay and breakfast with a fine host. You can not wish anything else. I wish all my stays would be so interesting.

    The villa is located in a wealthy suburb about 30 min north of Malpensa airport. The rooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable and the service is outstanding. The breakfast was satisfactory by Italian standards.

    What a wonderful experience! We felt like staying at a museum. This villa will make you travel in time. Last but not least, our host was so kind and helpful. Getting breakfast there was also wonderful (nothing can beat fresh pastries :-D). In summary, if you have the opportunity to stay at the Villa Puccini, just take it!
