It is so far the best vacation rental that I have been to! The place is modern, clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay there and had BBQ at the terrace viewing at the magnificent scene. Amazing stay in the magic town of Arima Onsen, incredibly helpful staff assisted us in checking in in an amazing traditional yet modern structure. Super clean with a very large bathroom and tatami bedroom, great services provided and magic feeling of traveling back in time. Highly recommended!

Our room was amazing, both the room and hotel are very clean. The room was quiet, our private onsen and garden were beautiful we enjoyed them a lot. There is a cattle in the room with tea and also a coffee maker. The staff was amazing, really friendly, very attentive and helped with all our questions. They reserved restaurants for us and brought us with a car to the restaurants. They also helped with arranging transport for our luggage to the next hotel. There was also a dedicated English speaking staff member. The location of the hotel is also great, it's higher up in Arima, which makes it nice quiet.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. It was a peaceful stay. Despite some construction work outside, no noise came through into our room. The suite was beautiful and the half-outdoor bath was stunning! We had a kaiseki dinner and breakfast, both were delicious and had a beautiful assortment of food.
