The property has everything we needed. Very comfortable and quiet area with beautiful garden especially in snow. The parking is just outside the door of the apartment. The host was very kind to heat up the rooms as well as the kotatsu before we arrived. Love the kitchen. If you love to cook for yourself, I would strongly recommend this apartment.

Everything about this place was perfect. The attention to detail put into this place is incredible, from the common room to the bathroom, to the bedroom. The location of this accommodation was also very handy, being a very close walk from the Sakurabashi bus stop of the Kanazawa Loop Bus. We wish we could have stayed for longer. Would highly recommend.

We had contacted the host about check-in time, but the weather of the days before was unexpected and we have to re-arrange the schedule of check-in several times, but the host was very understanding and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The place is an renovated Japanese tradition house which has beautiful structure and modern functions with tatami mats and heating floor system. The futon was so comfortable to sleep on. Everything was very clean and well prepare. The garden was also very big and well-cared. And one of the best thing is the location of the house. It's located in the very center where you can literally walk to any spot from Kenroku-en to shopping streets. The parking is right next to the house which makes it very convenient for people who travel by car. This is the place for you in Kanazawa! We would love to be here again. Beautiful and well equipped house that made our stay so delightful. It is spacious for my family of 4. Comes with washing machine (no dryer) but sufficient hangers and drying rack. There is a toaster and microwave oven. Convenient location, with easy access to the bus stop and shops. Owner is responsive to our questions and very helpful.

Great welcome by the host and explanations about the property. For those who want to have a real Japanese experience in a historic house rather than simply staying at a hotel I loved the history of the place.

The staff were super nice and friendly, and very enthusiastic with speaking english as well as possible, had no problems understanding eachother at all. Our breakfast was wonderful and they helped us send the luggage to our next hotel.
