Max and his wife are just great hosts, very helpful in every way. The location is great, you are really right on the beach, which is absolutely not busy, for days you don't see any tourist ever. Along with that comes that there is no restaurant nearby, but Max might lend you his bycicle, and in 5 minutes you are there. You can also ask Max, they cook for you.

Absolutely loved our stay - after travelling for a long time, Deb and Joseph's place felt like staying with a relative. This is such an amazing, charming guesthouse! It has everything you’d need for a great stay, it’s beautiful and warm, and so welcoming! Breakfast is served on the veranda and those were some of the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had! The bed was comfy, the water pressure great and everything was sparkling clean. There’s coffee and tea and pool towels and I’m pretty sure the owners will go above and beyond for anything else you might need. Special mention to the lovely gardens and pool - the latter was a lifesaver with the hot and humid days! What truly made my stay special were the owners. Their hospitality was unmatched—you leave feeling like you’re saying goodbye to old friends, wishing you could see them again the next morning. They couldn’t have been more accommodating, from helping with transfers to offering a late breakfast after a very late arrival, to arranging a tuk-tuk for me when I left. All in all, it was an amazing stay, and will definitely return when back in the area!

This is a very well-run and very friendly family guest house. The hosts are so hospitable and helpful that I was quick to book a return visit. Excellent breakfasts, lovely garden and located in a pleasant, quiet area.

The apartment is pretty spacious and well maintained. The host was very friendly, where we were provided with a free pick up from the negombo town. There are quite a number of good restaurants to try out in the area, and the beach is at a walking distance from the apartment. Overall, the location is very convenient and worth the price. Would surely visit again!!
