    Definitely the elephants. Amazing. Also, if you book into Peacock Village, you save on the entrance fees to the elephants.

    The peacock village is set in the jungle in shipping containers, just a short tuk tuk ride to the Pinnawala elephant bathing. Tuk tuk rides are supplied by the accommodation. The staff were exceptional. Andrew was welcoming from when we 1st met. I celebrated my birthday and he arranged a birthday breakfast for me. His other staff were also exceptional. 100% recommend this place to stay you will not be disappointed. Breakfast was buffet style offered different cuisine for cultures. Best breakfast we have had on our stay in Sri Lanka.

    We had an amazing stay at Peacock Village Pinnawala. The staff were amazing and attentive, especially Andrew and Dan. The location was spectacular and the food was very nice.

    Absolutely loved our stay at Peacock village & cannot recommend enough! We stayed in the chalet which felt very luxurious & fantastic value for money. Andrew & his staff truly went above and beyond for us, they are the most kind, genuine people & really made our stay there even better.

    Very cozy, beautiful village house surrounded by nature. Comfortable, beautiful bed, all necessary accessories. Wonderful view of banana fields, various plants. Very nice, sincere, helpful hosts. The hosts grow a lot of different fruit near the house. Everywhere is amazingly clean. Very friendly manager Andrew. Delicious breakfast in the hotel, which is near Village Pinnawala. This village house is a refreshment for the soul!! We recommend 100 percent!! We will come back soon.

    My girlfriend and I had an incredible stay at Peacock village. The room was very clean and well equipped. The couple who look after the property were very kind and made a delicious dinner. Getting access to the nearby Elephant Park Hotel for breakfast and use of the swimming pool was amazing. Andrew from the hotel was incredible and helped arrange our trips to and from the hotel (free of charge) and our onward journey to Sigiriya after our stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

    Kavi and Nipuna Made our Stay one of the best ever althiugh everyone was amazing. Weiters were more than amazing in all possible aspects. The couple that took care of the peackock village was so hard to say Goodbye too and the lady cooks the best local Fresh Food for an affordable price. The breakfest and enjoying the pool at grand Royal were very Well organized sonce the hotel offered tuk tuk rides there and back at anytime 😊
