Everthing is perfect, it's the best hotel we live for this trip in Sri Lanka. We highly recommend this place. The bed is comfortable and the food is so good. We enjoyed the English traditional dinner a lot.

Wonderful small hotel that make us feel like home. Very peaceful and with an incredible view of the mountains. They upgraded us to the suite for free, which was very very good. Very attentive employees. I wish we could have stayed longer!! I highly recommend it!

We loved the views, the service and the ‘home away from home’ feel. The hotel manager was absolutely incredible and the best host we have had in Sri Lanka. Thanks for having us! Just note the accomodation is quite far away from Nuwara Eliya town, and is more of a remote getaway.

The sunsets at Highgrove Estate are nothing short of spectacular. It's the perfect spot to unwind and witness nature's beauty unfold before your eyes. The meticulously maintained garden provided an ideal setting to enjoy a leisurely cup of tea while taking in the serene atmosphere. What truly sets Highgrove Estate apart is its exceptional staff. The team was not only courteous but seemed to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our comfort was truly remarkable. The food at Highgrove Estate was consistently excellent, and they were more than accommodating when it came to our dietary requirements. Mr. Fernando and his team were always available to assist, yet they managed to do so without ever being intrusive, allowing us to enjoy our privacy. If you're seeking a vacation that promises complete relaxation in a dreamlike and tranquil environment, Highgrove Estate is the perfect destination. In just four days, we were able to shed the year's worth of work-related stress. We can't wait to return to this little piece of paradise and reunite with Mr. Fernando and his wonderful team. Highly recommended!

Exceptional service from our host Jeewantha who fed the wood fire at night in the lounge, answered all our questions, made sure we were well fed and very comfortable in this beautiful, timeless get away. Much nicer than staying in the big hotel, we had personalised service and beautiful accommodation. Easy walk into town for amenities and short tuk tuk rides to the hiking starting points. We had a day and a half and took in a stroll through town to see the old buildings of the Police Station and the Post Office before a drink at the Golf Club. The second day, we hiked to Lovers Leap, descended through the Pedro tea workers housing estate towards Gregory’s Lake. Got distracted and headed to Hill Club for tea on the lawn.
