Breakfast by the pool or dinner... every need is catered for... plus there is secure parking on site. If you want to see Essaouira it is about 20 mins away and there is also secure paring in front of the souk. Make sure you also visit the winery in Val d'Argan - a very special place!

This is not a usual hotel. Its more like being invited to someone. The someone is Gerald with fascinating stories from a rich life as photographer in fashion and also as an artist. The place is filled with paintings and pictures. Gerald is really open and nice. When I didnt have food for the evening of course he invited me for dinner ☺️. The garden with the pool is also very nice. I will remember this place💛

Home is huge, rooms are spacious, comfortable, and most equipped with private modern bathrooms. We enjoyed the luxury of the private pool with its natural and private surroundings. The local agent/security guard/chef etc... was very accommodating and responsive to our every need. For breakfast we requested some traditional Moroccan specialties for the five of us there but also some extra to take home with us. His wife prepared all of it and was readily displayed on our kitchen table the following morning. If your goal is a vacation stay that is quiet, comfortable, luxurious while still in the midst of natural and traditional Moroccan countryside beauty, this is a perfect place to stay. Let's not forget the close proximity to the beach, coastal restaurants and historical downtown Essaouira, all of which less than 15min drive from Villa Nour El Kahalil.

If you are looking for some peace and quiet in exceptional accommodation, Atlantis 12 is the place to be. The welcome and hospitality of the hosts are unforgettable for us. The sleeping room, the sitting area with a small fireplace and the bathroom are very tastefully and beautifully decorated. This also applies to the beautiful and spacious common rooms. Thus, we felt extremely comfortable in the generously laid out property, also, or just because of the very friendly dogs and cats. The incomprehensibly negative assessment of the guest Hans regarding the accommodation is therefore absolutely incomprehensible to us. It is true that the access road to Atlantis 12 is a bit bumpy... but the term "off-road" is pure nonsense... for someone in possession of a driving licence, this should be manageable.

Xavier is a very nice Owner who made me feel home since I stepped in his place. He also gave me a bigger room than the one I’ve booked because it had the right access to the terrace for my little rescued puppy I was staying with. His place is very cozy and I felt the warmth straight away entering the house. I loved the peace there and the quiet morning waking up with zero noises but only the song of the birds! I will come back sure when in Essaouira.
