This apartment is very centrally located, close to the shops, resturants and the beach. You could walk down to the beach and Sunset Boulevard and the Grand Baie area but we opted to drive down. Its in a very safe location and the area is good. Yusuf is the gentleman in charge of the property and we couldn't thank him enough for his help. He was very nice and helpful. He answered all the questions and also went out of his way to assist us when we had an issue. We got in very late - nearly 11 pm and he was there to handover the keys. The apartment was clean and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. 3 double rooms - suited our family of 4 very comfortably. Clean bathroom with good hot/cold water and shower etc. The apartment is fully air conditioned which was great. The apartment is light, airy and bright. We really liked the place. It was tastefully decorated and had all the essential items. It had a water filter which was a thoughtful addition. There was ample parking. A perfect spot and I do agree its a Perfect Apartment. We will definitely return.

Johnny, the host, was super friendly and helpful. The flat was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Since I was there for business, the distance from the beach didn't bother me. I loved my stay and will stay there again if I'm in Grand Baie.

    We had the most amazing stay at Preety Blue Residence. Special kudos to Marino who was super helpful with any request and always made sure that everything was OK. The housekeeping team kept the place spotless through out our stay. The villa itself was very beautiful and modern with all the amenities that you could think off and is also situated a short walk from the main street of Grand Baie.     Villa was fabulous, spacious and very comfortable, a well manicured landscaped garden and poolside deck perfect for parties. The conciege service was great with meen n greet plus maintenance matters promptly attended via Elliot. It is part of a large gated community of lovely villas managed centrally by Karens and her team. Perfect place to chill out, just a short drive from the main Grand Baie town and shopping areas. Couple of restaurants just outside the gated community.
