It was a cold but sunny day and inside it was bright during the day and warm and cosy at nighttime. The tower is full of character. Massive beams, cosy bedrooms and soulfully decorated. We particularly appreciated the "take away" bag which allowed us to continue our onward journey without needing to stop to buy lunch.
