This was the nicest appartment we had during our 6 weeks on the North Island. Miranda and Nick are superb hosts with their refreshing British humour and great hospitality. They invited us for a glas of wine on the patio and we learned quite a few things about New Zealand and got suggestions for things to do in the area. The apartment has all we needed, especially a fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and a barbecue near the pool. We took some fresh thyme and rosemary from the garden. A full breakfast was in the fridge: fresh fruit, bread and butter, yoghurt, marmalade, orange juice and eggs. Wish we knew before how nice this place is, we would spent more than only two nights there. Thanks, Miranda and Nick!

The place was warm and inviting. The owner was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed that the place had a very homely feel to it while still being very modern and chic. It was close to the town centre.
