A great place to be based to enjoy the Eastern Bay of Plenty and the beautiful birdsong all day long. This is our third trip in 2.5 yrs and always love the spot.

Provided everything we needed during our stay more than I expected and more then I've experienced at other hotels in the past. Miria & Toroi are such nice people & made us feel like we were just staying with whanau. Very beautiful home, atmosphere & people. Loved meeting you both & I hope we see yous next time we are in the area. Also, our 2 toddlers were comfortable especially son running a muck haha makes us happy seeing our babies be themselves outside of home.
