Apartment was in the best location ever! Breakfast was really good. Staff were friendly, they helped me to buy the football tickets. Room was clean and the view from the Windows was straight in to the Porto old town.

We had a lovely one week stay, the a flat was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you can imagine. Perfectly located next to the Jardim do Morro and very close walking distance to the center, along the metro line. The communication was always fast and very helpful between us and the host. We really appreciated accessing the accommodation with a code system, it is very easy and anybody can enter at any time without having logistical problems with keys and such. All in all, our stay was extremely comfortable here so i can really recommend to stay at Gaya Avenue Flats!

We chose it as we wanted to be near the locals and away from the busy hustle and bustle and most importantly the fee was very affordable. The lady, Margarida was a most approachable and helpful person. She kept apologising for her English, but it was absolutely fine. She checked on how we were settling in and enquired if help was needed which was greatly appreciated. The owner was also very welcoming and helpful in navigating us to good places to eat. I’ve left the best for last. Don’t bother going into Porto for the magnificent sunset show, it’s right here at the doorstep. We had an evening drink and takeaway watching this phenomenon. Our thanks to the dynamic team of Alfazema Sunset Boulevard. Obrigado Pedro, Obrigada Margarida😍🥰

Our first night of our road trip from Lisbon to Rio Douro Valley, was at 296 Heritage in Vila Nova Gaia. Our apartment was compact with sofa, kitchen and amazing view to the river, bridge and Porto. Wifi was very good and plentiful continental breakfast was delivered on time. Located along Ribeira de Gaia, we walked along the river enjoying the shops and view of rabelo boats. We had delicious lunch at Porto Cruz. Their tasting of Ports : White, pink , tawny and Ruby was excellent. The day ended with a Fado show in Calem. We parked our Fiat 500 at San Luiz. Only 5 minutes walking and €17 for 24 hrs. Try to park in first level. You can only pay parking ticket at the ground level. Exit at level 8 was not so bad. We enjoyed our stay in 296 Heritage. We hope you can too. Nov 2023

Beautiful Place in a beautiful City! The Place and the People are very great. They helped us with all our questions!They called places to get Tickets etc! Very Kind! Thank you for that! We felt very comfortable. The bed was comfortable too. Fully furnished Kitchen! The breakfast was also great! Which is brought to the Appartement in a Picknick basket! Because of the Location at the bridge you have the best view over the City - but sometimes it’s a little noisy. We loved the Place ❤️

We booked Quinta do Pedregal for 4 nights for my birthday trip. Our stay was simply excellent ! Our room/lodge was so cosy, clean and made/decorated with taste. The staff and their attention to details and to their clients was exceptional, we felt well taken care of. They spoke to us in our native language the whole time, they were all kind and super helpful. Special thank you to Raphaela. The spa amenities were amazing too and clean. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and also for one dinner we had there was made with fresh ingredients only and was wonderful. Thank you again !
