Wonderfully designed hotel with a wonderful staff just 1 minute from the beautiful beach. The room feels luxurious and comfortable, with great decoration and wooden furniture. The restaurant and pool area are beautiful and relaxing. The yoga classes are a nice bonus and the food in the restaurant is delicious with most dishes served generously. The cocktails are recommended. The best part is the dedicated staff, both at reception, the restaurant, the security and the cleaning staff. Particular thanks go to Sharif, Mongola, Shumu and Frida, and to the wonderful cleaning team with their attention to details. A great place for celebrating a special occasion!

Fantastic villa that hosted 2 families of 4 people. Beautiful beach right off the property, quiet off the beaten track, great house staff, fantastic breakfast, lovely pool and other meals, daily housekeeping and laundry. Massage next door. They helped arrange local tours.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean views villas in north Matemwe. The villas are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. The private garden and pool are perfect for relaxing. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and the location is ideal for exploring the beautiful Matemwe beach and the nearby attractions. Isla Bonita is a wonderful place with friendly and helpful stuff. We were welcomed as old friends. The rooms are clean and cozy with fantastic sea view. Also you can go to the roof to see amazing sunrise. We loved this quiet place, we enjoyed walking along the wide beach, we miss our small talks with general manager. Thanks for unforgettable time at Isla Bonita! BTW if you enter the beach and turn left there is a nice place to eat called Spicy mama with tasty authentic food and european service.

A must visit! We ended up at Garden Beach Villas by coincidence after having another accommodation in the area cancelled. We did not expect a lot and were nicely surprised. Our stay was at the small villa which is comprised of great sized bathroom, clean bedroom and large living room area connected with kitchen which, despite being quite basic, is equipped with pretty much everything you need. The outdoor area is of a great size with chairs and a sunlounger - overlooking the beautifully cared for garden which offers direct access to calm and relaxing beach. Our breakfast was served on time and always fresh- we had fresh juice, fruit, pancakes, eggs and bread available. The staff was exceptional-smiley and welcoming always available to help with anything we needed. We were also joined by a family of cats and kittens that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Overall we loved our stay here and would like to thank the team (especially Mati) for making our stay feel like home away from home.

    Lovely clean villa with a real holiday feel. The manager Iman is a real gentleman and super helpful. All the staff are vey polite and do a great job. The nearby beach is amazing where you can get snorkeling excursions or rent jet skis and other water sports items. The beach is a 10 to15 minutes walk from the villas

    The staff was amazing (thank you Adil, Jenny and Lucy) and helpful, the villa and view are beautiful, it’s in a quiet area which was great after 2 weeks in Paje/Jambiani. The breakfast is really good and the chef cooked for us what we wanted every evening. We loved every bit of our stay

    Lovely hotel on the very long Matemwe beach. A short stroll to the sand and village. The room was very comfortable . All the staff and owner were really friendly and there's a nice pool for a dip.
