The apartment was exactly as described, very nicely furnished, very clean and lovely. We were staying in the penthouse with amazing views on the city. We were two travelling friends and we were happy that the bed was large enough for us both without bumping into each other. WiFi was good and strong. There was safe onsite. Location was great, close to Freddy Mercury house and right at the Stone city, shops and restaurants. Breakfast had very large variety and the gentleman making eggs was really fun, unfortunately didnt catch the name, but he was really amazing. Room has AC that works well.

Great clean, comfortable apartments across from the Tembo hotel; we liked being independent but with the use of the hotel facilities. Super location with friendly, helpful staff. Arranged a walking tour of Stonetown (the guide was called Chief - he was brilliant!) and a spice farm visit via reception - they were both excellent; really good value and both with a private guide.

The service was great, they organised our taxis to and from the airport and got up at 3am to let us in as our flight arrived during the night. We were also able to leave our bags with them in the afternoon while we finished doing a bit of visiting before catching another plane to mainland Tanzania. Right in town but nice and quiet and safe.

Very nice owners of the hotel, everything was very pleasant. For those who are not fixated on the Euro level, this is a great place to relax, atmospheric and shows the culture and surroundings of Zanzibar very well! I am very glad that I chose this hotel! I recommend it!

Our flight got cancelled in the middle of the night and had to book a hotel last minute, perfect location- super close to the Airport! Comfortable bed and good money/value for one night. And 10/10 for the staff!! We didn’t had any drinkwater nor cash, and the very kind gentlemen went out to get us water at 3AM!! Can’t thank you enough.

    The Villa is a jewel. it was saved and restored from a nature that was literally claiming and swallowing it back. The White Villa stands Out from its beautiful green garden but without being intrusive with nature. The garden and the Door Collection absolutely deserve a visit. the room was really well designed and furnished. you have really the feeling to be in a small bubble suspended out of time.
