After a first (lesser) impression upon arrival, you are surprised when you enter the room. Convenient with access code on the door. Everything is there, clean towels, nice shower, comfortable bed, plates/cutlery for when you want to eat something, coffee machine. Lovely terrace behind the room with 2 nice chairs.

We loved our stay at Royal Viila, Seascape. The apartment was beautifully presented, well equipped, and really comfortable. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave! We loved the wonderful seaview from the balcony. We spotted many whales, which really made it special. We enjoyed the nicely kept pool and other resort amenities, the easy access to a beautiful beach and the extra touches in the apartment, such as beach chairs, parasols and games made it feel like a perfect home away from home. The location was great for exploring Santa Cruz, Monterey, and the many attractions in the area. We would recommend to families, couples and friends.

The house is truly incredible, even more beautiful than the photos show. The hosts are wonderful—always available, kind, and quick to respond. ​The only sound you'll hear is the ocean, and the blue of the sea reflects into every room, creating an atmosphere of total peace. this place was phenomenal for my work trip to Santa Cruz. The location was great, I didn't have any trouble finding parking on the street (in November) and it was an incredibly comfortable place to be based. the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, knives, etc... and even had a dishwasher! It also had a very large sink, which was lovely.
