Our landlady!! Carolyn went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed our stay in Hudson. Breakfasts were delicious with fresh fruit, cooked eggs or pancakes with bacon or sausages. Our daughter, who lives in Hudson, was also invited, by Carolyn, to join us for breakfast. We enjoyed staying in a large room with a sitting area. After a day being out, the room was a comfortable place to relax and read. Our daughter joined us for drinks there in the evening before heading out for dinner. Carolyn knows Hudson well and suggested several great dinner options and sites to visit. Our daughter even brought her dogs over to meet Carolyn and her dog - all got along very well!

The property itself was amazing! Cosy yet spacious, and had everything you could need in the kitchen. It was also great to have direct access to the lake with a kayak and padel. And the hot tub was a great addition.
