Clean, worm and cozy, wonderful view of the lake, you can take a boat to the lake and we loved it. Not far from Acadia national park Wonderful host. We eat kosher and she went out of her way to get us kosher food. Thank you so much!

We spent a perfect weekend surrounded by amazing nature. The place is charming, clean and beautiful, with all the details necesary to make the stay confortable, peaceful and cozy. It was amazing being able to walk to the lake or enjoy the views from home. We loved drinking wine by the fireplace, it even had all the amenities and spices to cook nice dinner and breakfast. It even has a groceries shop at walking distance in case you need anyting. We would love to be able to come back some other time. Thank you so much.

Staying with Lesley and George was the most amazing experience! We were looking for a stop-over off the beaten track for one night on a longer trip with access to some outdoor activities. The house is located in the middle of nature, on a beautiful lake. We had a beautiful room full of memorabilia from nature parks that felt like home plus a nice small sitting room and great bathroom, equipped with everything you need, and separated from the host's living area with a thick curtain so we had our complete privacy. Lesley and George greeted us like friends, and even provided a supper platter for us as we arrived late -- some of the best things we've had in the US so far. Bread and cookies were homemade, and the blueberries (incredible taste) were collected from the woods. For coffee junkies, there is a Keurig, but Lesley offered even more types of coffee makers. In the morning we could use their kayaks for a trip on the lake, which was a most special treat for us. We highly recommend staying in this wonderful, warm family home for a special nature experience.

It is new and cool and decorated well. Everything needed was there and more. Good parking...comfy bed...kitchen well stocked for use. Fun place with electric fireplace! Three great bedrooms all upstairs with a cool sitting area and laundry up there as well as 1 full bath and a half bath too! Full bath downstairs too...but no bedroom on first floor.
