Sky was super nice and I really enjoyed staying at his House. The House is super clean and the room where you are staying has a good size and its got everything you need (microwave etc). The bed was super comfy and the Check-in was super easy. I also enjoyed sitting on the porch. Neighborhood is very safe as well.

The location was excellent we wanted somewhere close enough to the centre without being in it. The bus was really easy to use, my tip would be to drive nearer to 16th st and park if you don’t fancy the walk (it’s uphill and it was really hot 🥵) the hop on hop off bus that goes round the monuments etc is really good too. Natasha was really helpful with all the information. We also went to the nearby zoo which was free if you didn’t park there. We were out and about a lot so didn’t spend much time in the apartment but it really was a home away from home with literally everything you needed.

The house was very spacious, more than enough for our needs (4 persons). Separate rooms for everybody, large living room / kitchen, bathrooms, everything one can ask for. It is a lovely apartment, well equipped, quite close to the Washington Monument, White House, shops, restaurant, and metro station. Nice and informative staff. I didn't have time for other attractions available for guests.
