Place was a little dated but the bed sheets and towels were clean, beds were just ok. The place is a 20 minute walk from the Blue line that takes you downtown. They were flexible on checkout time. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood about 8 miles from downtown.

The house was charming and comfortable. It had everything we needed during our stay, especially the washer and dryer, which were very helpful. It was great to be able to have a BBQ. It's a shame that we could only stay for 2 nights. The location was convenient, and we were able to go to one of our favorite spots, Encinitas downtown. We all had a great stay! Thank you so much!!

Everything was great! Super cozy studio and it has everything you need to have a great stay! The neighborhood is also very nice and there are quite a few good restaurants within walking distance. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.
