It was clean, comfortable and roomy. We were on a family break from Ireland and were visiting family in the area, it was a perfect place. Nice street , 5 min drive from shops and the BART station in San Bruno. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend and would stay again next time we are in the area.

Really cute cottage, the room was very very comfortable, clean and well organised. Breakfast was also really good and staff very sweet, available and discreet at the same time. Well done!

I stayed there for 15 days. It was a wonderful place to stay at Palo Alto. It was really comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Great location. Hugo was an amazing owner! He is so kind and helpful. Strongly recommended, I would definitely stay again.

It was really easy to reach the facility. I missed the instructions to enter the house and room and they were just a call away. At some point the wifi lost connection. This was also fixed by the managers in no time!
