We had a road accident during our stay and the owner helped us tremendously. He packed all our things for us and brought it to hospital and stayed in touch with us for anything we needed. On top of that the rooms very perfectly clean, spacious and very affordable, free drinking water access and high speed internet! We are forever thankful to Su Homestay and recommend it 100%

Very clean and huge rooms. The host is very helpful, and always smiling. Nice outdoor area to chill out in evening. Best value for money place we have stayed in Vietnam would defiantly reccomend! The host even gave us these keyrings at the end of our stay for good luck :)

I can honestly say it's one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. They didn't try to fit in as many beds as possible but really thought about what a traveler could need. And it's right next to Kim's street, a market, and a great vegan restaurant. In the City center. The woman who runs the place is super friendly and genuinely wants to help.

Service level above and beyond expectations. We forgot an e-reader in a drawer, and Mina went out of their way to coordinate delivery to a future destination of ours, so we can reunite with our lost gadget. Much appreciated! Cao Bang is a bit away from the beaten tourist path, which is nice. You will need to drive a bit to get to the attractions though.

The property had a fantastic location because you could see the city, but it felt like you were in the countryside. It was nice to come back to this after a long day. Everything you need you have here including a kitchen with a fridge and a living room. The host is absolutely lovely, he helped us so much during our stay. Amongst other things, he found and booked us a bus to Ha Giang which we weren’t able to find online. We will be recommending this homestay to other friends who visit Cao Bang!

A great place to stay. This is a lovely modern homestay, with simple elegant decor. The host and his family are super nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable with efficient heating and cooling. They picked me up from the bus stop at 5am for free, even when I got off at the wrong stop. Communication before and during the stay were fantastic and they were more than happy to do little extras like book buses and help me order food delivery. Would definitely recommend.
