Beautiful, spacious rooms — we stayed in Sunshine and were so impressed. The grounds are spotless with lovely sitting areas, and we felt completely safe. Very comfy beds, great filter coffee, and a fully equipped kitchenette — it truly felt like home. We’ll be back to try the delicious breakfasts. No need to chase Mpumalanga’s waterfalls — the shower pressure is just as good!

Beautiful accommodation in a wonderful setting. While we only stayed one night and arrived quite late, we saw monkeys, deer, and other wildlife. Bed was comfortable. Our drive to the accommodation was slow due to weather - the proprietor phoned us to make sure we were ok and stayed up late to ensure we arrived safely. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The grounds of the estate are very well kept. The room was a converted horse stable, as was the separate kitchen and lounge area. Both bedroom and kitchen/lounge were clean, very well designed and furnished. Located amongst real horse stables, with horses in, made the stay even more special; we managed to learn a couple of interesting things from the very friendly and knowledgeable horse trainer, Lamech. The staff do an awesome job in all respects. Tippee prepared a delicious dinner and breakfast, as we opted for the dinner and cooked breakfast; he was great to chat with making it feel like you’re eating at a friends house rather than a restaurant.

We loved everything about this place! The property is absolutely beautiful! The house we stayed in was more than we expected! It had everything we needed & was beautifully decorated. There were 4 bedrooms, each bedroom had it’s own 1/2 bathroom, and two full bathrooms with one between each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. There were 6 of us in our group & plenty of room for everyone! We had a big dining table, plenty of room to sit around in the den & outside on the deck. There was also a covered separate area not part of the deck, which was a great place to gather & grill outside. We loved listening to the river which runs through the back yard & is about 50 feet from the deck. The property is located a little ways off the main highway, which we loved. We wanted to be away from town. You will want to make sure you have your own food & drinks before driving out to the property. We all loved this place & would definitely stay here again. The only problem we had was that our stay was too short! We plan to go back when we can stay longer.
