The apartment was exceptionally clean, well equipped, we didn't miss anything. It's design and the whole ambient was very comforting, we found ourselves quickly feeling just like at home. It had it's own sauna, which was great to use after a long day of hiking while enjoying the beautiful mountain panorama. The staff was very helpful and super kind with everything. On some days we had breakfast and dinner in the hotel's restaurant, and the food was really good, the breakfast was plenty. Parking was not a problem, the wifi was also working very well. The town is a super nice place, too. We recieved Lungau cards in the hotel after checking in, which we used to discover the area basically for free. Great for family trips!

Set in Salzburg, less than 1 km from Mirabell Palace, Villa Flöckner offers air-conditioned accommodation and a garden. The property is close to Hohensalzburg Fortress, Getreidegasse and Mozart's Birthplace. Villa Flöckner is a place I didn't want to leave. Despite the small size of the room (single), I could not imagine anything better. Ideal cleanliness, excellent shower, excellent bed, electric kettle. Every little thing is provided. The variety of dishes for breakfast and their quality are amazing. Very friendly staff, ready to solve any problem. The trolleybus stop that will take you to the city center is opposite the villa. Less than 10 minutes walk to the train station (Salzburg Hbf). To summarize, I can say - everything is done here to create maximum comfort for guests. The villa will give odds to a four-star hotel! If I come to Salzburg again, then only here!

The room was fully equipped and comfortable to stay for a long and short time. Exceptionally clean, I would say, it was never inhabited before we booked it. Only 400 metres away from the centre of Kaprun, Pension Patricia - Summercard included from may 15th was completely renovated in December 2016, offers free WiFi and free parking in a quiet location. It is only a 10-minute bus ride to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier and Zell am See ski areas. Great location, in a quiet alley near the center of Kaprun. My room had views of both the green Kaprun fields and the Top Of Salzburg peak, which was stunning. The lady at the breakfast was very kind and attentive. The owner is a pleasant person and was always there during the morning times and gave us some useful tips. There are enough parking spaces available at the property and on the street and the Summer Card is a huge plus.

The place is close to skiing resorts. Over all we enjoyed our stay.
