Super nice accommodation in the middle of Phillip Island. We were so happy staying here. It was very close to the Penguin Parade, Churchill Island, and the Koala Conservation Centre. The b&b was very clean, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb. Richard and Evie are excellent hosts who are very friendly and helpful. There were some lovely touches like the complimentary water, wine and chocolates which made the stay more special than a large, anonymous hotel.

The accommodation is air conditioned and is equipped with a spa bath. Guests can enjoy garden views. We arrived late afternoon and received a warm welcome from Bernadette, the hostess, who answered all our questions about the accommodation and the island. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious with an updated bathroom and a very relaxing deck. The guest house was at a perfect location as it was less than one kilometer to our evening Penguin Parade booking. We enjoyed the continental breakfast which included freshly perked coffee, bread, warm croissants, sliced cheese and meat, and fresh fruit. We highly recommend Swan Lake Guest House for anyone seeking lodging on the island.
