The accommodation was a small house with AC bedroom , separate kitchen with all you need if you decide to cook, , a sofa and a eating corner with a big table , bathroom and WC .It is in his back yard, in a garden with few other houses and a sitting place , if you want to eat outside or to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. It is 10 min walk from Oranjestad main street and from the marina with many restaurants and bars. You can reach best beaches by public bus from main bus station , also 10 min walk.

L’établissement condostmaarten by the sea -Adults Only- vous accueille à Koolbaai, à 2,5 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Plage de Little Bay. The condo was on a very nice, quiet beach with perfect, turquoise water. The steps down to the beach were steep but no problem for us. The bed was excellent, kitchen was adequate, with fridge, coffee makers, stovetop and microwave. The terrace was fantastic, with glass walls we could see through and see the beach. It had lounge chairs and a hanging chair that I loved. The host contacted me soon after we made the reservation and was available by telephone for questions and for our arrival. There was a nice swimming pool that overlooked the sea and shaded area to sit in lounge chairs. The condo was on Indigo Bay, which is about a 10 minute drive to the town of Philipsburg and about 10 minutes the other direction to the airport. Google Maps didn't give us entirely correct directions, but we found the place without much trouble. We could have called the concierge, Charles, as he was very helpful, but my friend recognized the building from photos so we found Marina Terrace without help. There was snorkeling equipment we could use and nice big beach towels in addition to bath and hand towels.

Emplacement idéal, très calme, proche des restaurants et des supermarchés, proche de la plage, pas trop proche des gros hôtels touristiques. L’appartement très spacieux, propre et bien équipé avec une piscine et un coin barbecue accessible 24/24h . L’hôte était également très sympathique et très arrangeant, il nous a donné de très bonnes adresses de resto local.

The property was luxurious, modern and comfortable. From the kitchen, to the bedrooms it had everything you could ask for. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. We had a beautiful veranda where we had our morning coffee everyday.

I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine kindness from the moment I arrived. The pool and outdoor areas were stunning, the room was spotless, and there were so many fun, thoughtful amenities. Everything was beautifully maintained and had such a relaxing vibe. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone
