There is also a world class equestrian site . We opted to have breakfast there wasn’t a choice but we had fresh fruit with yogurt ,bolied egg with a section of cheese and meat and assorted bread and pastries all served with a choice of tea or coffees . The B&B de oude melkfabriek were extremely accommodating as we made a short notice booking with them as the B n B we had previously booked which was on our tour route unfortunately became flooded and they had to cancel our stay . This B&B is also a short drive or a long walk to Achel Monastery where there is a shop and restaurant. Although you will find a lot of places are closed on a Monday .

Very quiet location and spacious room with a seating area and table, air con, tea/coffee/mini bar and smart TV. Very comfortable bed and modern bathroom with a large shower. Breakfast was unbelievably fantastic.. love the concept of being delivered to our door in a picnic basket... Loads of ham, cheese, eggs, bread, pastries, jams and spreads and a fresh pot of coffee. Id definitely recommend as a relaxing and convey place to stay and we'll certainly stay again if visiting the area. Thank you ❤️
