Communication with the owner was great, had no issue with self checking. Parking lot was supervised by cameras. The apartment was great, it had everithing you could ever need, decoreted with taste, the place was clean, it smelled very nice, we had a bonus snak on the bed at check in and we really apreciate that. What can I say this was a great experience, I would recomend!

We stayed at Prista Guest Rooms, and it was the perfect place for our stay in Ruse. The value for money exceeded all expectations. The location is fantastic – right next to the riverside and just a five-minute walk from the city center. The apartment was very cozy, comfortable, and clean, which made a great first impression. You can tell the owner really cares about his guests: we found two bottles of water in the fridge, plenty of coffee, towels, shampoo, and other essentials that made our stay even more pleasant. The owner’s generosity and attention to detail truly stand out. A solid 10 out of 10, and we will definitely choose this place again next time. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
