Honestly everything was cosy and new, the room was perfectly for my friend and me. Near to airport and Tianmen park. Unfortunately it was foggy so we could not appreciate the Mountain View but the breakfast was really good.

The property is very clean and cozy, it’s a home stay and the owner is very very sweet lady, who perfectly speaks English. She also very kindly helped me a lot it’s my route and knowledge about surroundings, where to go and what to visit - this is the best part for me since I prefer to ask locals about some small hints during my travel. I stayed there for two nights and I was totally satisfied with everything. Even dough the location of hotel is little bit far from the entry of a park, there isn’t a problem - you can always take a didi taxi with will take around 5-6 minutes to the city centre. Also, Rebecca was super kind to drop me to the centre twice. Highly recommend this place to stay, all the best to the beautiful family running this small business 🫰🏻

The staff was really nice. they did not speak english but had a recorder which would translate from chinese to english. There is a common washing machine so we could do laundry. They also helped us to organize our stay in the park and gave us a map with the itinerary for each day. the hotel is very close to the west entrance of the park, only 6 minutes by taxi.

Free use of bicycles is available at the property and the area is popular for cycling and hiking. Huangshi Village is 5 km from Whispering Mountains Boutique Hotel. Zhangjiajie Hehua Airport is 40 km away. Don’t look further, stay here! Near the West gate entrance. Thankfully that Lucas mentioned to us about the distance to the West gate. Our guide wanted to enter the East gate, which was an hour drive. We could use the washing machine (detergent incl) and hang the clothes of a dry rack. Paid extra for dinner and breakfast, the food were delicious. The room was spacious and clean just like the pictures.
