Had an excellent time during my stay. The rooms were very clean and modern. Staff is also friendly and helpful, as they provided me explanation on how to make my way through Tianmenshan and Zhangjiajie National Park (Avatar Mountains) and I was picked up and dropped of at the airport. They also provided delicious food. The location is ideal, as it’s close to both the airport and Tianmenshan. Would definitely stay here again. (The quality of the photos is not so good as I took a video, but Booking won’t let me upload this)

It was super convenient and clean. Rebbica is amazing, she is so friendly and speaks english. She helped us in all attractions booking and she helped us in every aspect. The staff was what made this stay exceptional. Lucas was prompt with his WeChat replies and Eason took such good care of our group of 6 that it really made us feel so at home. He planned the route daily, and checked in on us along the way to make sure we weren’t lost or to remind us not to be late in catching the bus down. Location of hotel was very close to the west gate which isn’t crowded. Property is very clean with all the necessities, even free laundry. Not to mention the yummy home cooked breakfasts and dinners!
