Super friendly and serviceminded host, employees and host family. Beautiful traditional guesthouse in a quiet street inside the walls of the old city. The breakfast was very nice, the backyard was very well decorated and calming. Our taxi driver from the train station called the guesthouse, so the owner came and picked up the luggage into the ancient city. Highly recommended . Thank you. L’établissement Pingyao Jiaxin Guesthouse se trouve à Pingyao, à 1,5 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : China Chamber of Commerce Museum. Totally amazing place to stay! Highly recommended. First of all, it is only 7 mins walk from the ancient city of pangyao. It is also so nearby the railway station. You can go by DIDI or bus, both are so convenient. Second, the decor of the place is AMAZING! I couldn’t help take pictures and video when i first came it. They even have a swing and glass-fish! The staff are so friendly and nice people. The Owner gave me water when i first came and when i left. Whenever i ask for anything she always helps. They have bar and food there with nice prices. I didn’t eat there but saw the food, it looked so delicious. The rooms were also amazing, it is two levels bed and mine was the one above. Surprisingly, it was so comfortable too. When i move it doesn’t vibrate into the bottom bed. The toilet is clean and they have shower gel, hair shampoo, small towel, and toothbrush with toothpaste ready for you to use. The air conditioner works fine and the wi-fi is connected from my room.

So lovely, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. Food in the restaurant was delicious also!

This is a family-run hotel with the whole family pitching in. They were delightful and keen to be helpful with lots of cups of tea, advice and assistance with purchasing tickets. It felt like I was staying with friends. Very little english, but fearless with using translation apps. Very thoughtful - gave me a bottle of water for the train home after dropping me at the station. The standout for this property was the staff. I wish them every success with their business.

Like living in ancient times, but with modern facilities. Lovely architecture and very thoughtful interior design. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Ideal location. Nice touch of providing fruits and snacks in the room and unique takeaway items.

Tout, si vous rechercher calme et authenticité c’est ici qu’il faut séjourner. La proprietaire est très accueillante, parle anglais et un peu français, choix du petit dej varié, staff discret, allez y les yeux fermés
