The bed was like sleeping in a cloud. Really the best bed & duvet & pillows I’ve felt in a long time! I really had the best deepest sleeps at this hotel. I love the laundry it was just next door. The metro is directly downstairs next to the hotel - you jump on the metro & can go anywhere. It felt amazing coming back because as soon as you get off at the stop you just go upstairs & your room is there. I really loved the week here - the cleaning ladies were very nice. They make sure to come in every morning even when I didn’t need them to & insisted I take the fresh towels. The guys at the swimming pool were really nice in helping me get the trial 14 days for the pool so I could use it. It was €20 extra but I love swimming each evening & it’s open until 10pm - was a perfect end to the day.

As this was my first time in China, I was unaware that everything is paid for using WeChat or cash - very few places have card facilities. I arrived at the hotel exhausted from a long flight and jumped in a taxi to the hotel. As I had not had time to find an ATM, and taxis do not accept cards, I was in a quandary. Fortunately, the host of the hotel came out and paid the taxi driver using her personal WeChat account, got me settled in my room, and pointed me in the direction of an ATM. The host's English was very limited, but we managed to communicate well through Google translate. The room was spotless and had everything I need for a comfortable stay. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel - I give it 5 stars!

The two-bedroom suite allocated to us was very spacious, bright, and well-designed enough to tempt one to stay in the suite rather than venturing out. There are few restaurants in the immediate residential community but the Coco Park area is within walking distance and taxis are easy to get with an app.

We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment from a 2 bedroom booking to accommodate our family of 4. The apartment was huge. The bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and a must if you stay here. The staff spoke english well and the reception is open 24/7. The location was a 5 minute walk to Seaworld area where there is a night market and plenty of food and shops. Its extremely safe and such a lovely area to walk around.
