It was really cool to be out in the middle of nowhere in the desert. The hotel is very rustic and located on a functioning ranch with cows and horses and everything. It is also walking distance from the two grey desert hiking trails. The owner was really friendly and fun to chat with as well as helpful with anything we needed. The food was also some of the best hotel food we’ve had.

The son (Esteban) and wife drove me to the airport and were kind enough to let me drop off my bag and then brought me to the mall to get some lunch. They were very patient. -Breakfast was good and included. -It was remote. -Dinner was delicious (book ahead of time). -The room was LUXURIOUS for the desert -- a couch, bathtub, soft, good-smelling towels.

Super accueil par la famille avec qui nous avons passé de très beau moment et mention spéciale à la petite Sara qui nous a emmené nous baigner dans le Rio. L’auberge propose des tours dans le désert et sur le rio avec plusieurs options possibles. Super rapport qualité prix !

Situé à La Victoria, l’établissement Campamento Estrella Casa del Ángel possède une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une piscine extérieure, un jardin et un salon commun. Nous avons tout aimé. L’emplacement, l’accueil, la beauté des lieux.. la décoration y est vraiment belle, avec un souci du détails. Très bon petit déjeuner également. La piscine était aussi hautement apprécié. Bref, allez-y les yeux fermés et profitez!

L’établissement Hostal Villa del Río Las Brisas comprend des hébergements à Villavieja. Very clean hostel and showers with good hot water. Just a couple minutes walk from the main square in town, and from the Malecón for nice sunset views. Harvey who was volunteering there was an amazing host to our stay, showing us around town and was a great companion. Great value! Can recommend to stay here

Located just a 10 minutes walk outside of Villavieja, this beautiful cabin works great as a starting point for exploring the area. It has a great bed, amazing bathroom, a kitchen, a TV, air conditioning, and a laundry machine. There is a good, local restaurant almost next door where you can eat, or you can go into town.

Better than I imagined, the pool was perfect, the deck upstairs as well, very nice employees, AC worked well, and above all the view is amazing

The beds were so comfortable, we couldn't believe we were sleeping in a tent. The breakfast was delicious. The boy at the reception was very helpful and helped us organize a tuk-tuk driver for Tatacoa since we only had one they there. The common areas were relaxing and the location was close to the desert aswell as to the city centre. The night guard let us hang our washed clothes on the rack so they could dry.
