Just as pictured, very close to the historical part of town and easily accessible. The host gives very clear instructions on how to retrieve the key (and should you need assistance, they're always ready for you on their phone with a very pleasant attitude), you then step through the gate and into the actual house. There's no elevator, so if you've got huge luggage, get ready for a workout. I personally don't see this as a con. Depending on the room you get, there either is a microwave or there isn't. If you can't find it, that means you have to go downstairs to the shared room. In this room you'll not only find a microwave, but also a small kitchen, two washing machines and a fridge. The room itself is lovely, it's big enough but also feels very cozy! Expertly cleaned and topped off with a little chocolate bonbon on your pillow. :) In your room you can be sure to find towels, toiletries, extra pillows and complimentary tea bags, water and coffee. One small thing - not sure if it was just our room (n3), but the bathroom door was a little difficult to lock and unlock, but no big deal. All in all, you won't find a better property in Tábor. ♥

Featuring barbecue facilities and views of garden, Attic Rooms Tábor is a homestay situated in a historic building in Tábor, 45 km from Konopiště Castle. There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. The homestay features family rooms. Attic Rooms as the name indicates are three rooms in the attic of a renovated house. The room I stayed in was perfect for one person or two. It was super clean, absolutely spotless, just like all the common areas. One could tell there was some taste put into the simple decoration of the place. The bed was comfortable, there was also a small sitting area in the room, and the bathroom was bright with a heated towel rack. The kitchenette was very well equipped, with all one needs to prepare meals. There is a small foyer where we can leave our shoes and clean slippers are provided to walk around the house. Philip and Marie, the hosts, were super responsive when I needed their help. There is also a very friendly cat in the property. The location is great, on a quiet street, with green around and just a 10-minute and beautiful walk into the center. I loved it here!
