I liked especially the mattresses and the beds in general, they were very comfortable. There is a small kitchen with all necessary items and a bathroom with a little room next to it that serves as a walk-in wardrobe. There is a flower garden in the backyard where it is possible to sit in summer. The hosts supplied even beer and mineral water, very thoughtful! Zittau has lots of historical sites and parks and offers many possibilities to relax in the surrounding countryside (Görlitz, Berzdorfer See, the rock formations in Oybin etc.). I will definitely recommend this property to others.
