This family-run guest house is quietly situated in Stadt Wehlen in the heart of the Saxon Switzerland National Park, directly below the world-famous Bastei rock formation. It offers free WiFi. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Every day, they gave us advice on trips. The hotel is ideally located for hiking in the surrounding area. You can safely leave your car at the hotel for the entire duration of your stay.

Despite the small space (which we knew about in advance) - everything is ergonomically very well organised. There is everything you need. A lot of nice and necessary little things. Clear description in the memo on the table. The building is old, but all the equipment (furniture, plumbing) is new and very clean. The host is friendly and quickly responds to all requests. Breakfast can be paid on the spot (we liked it too). And of course the beautiful view from the window!

Lovely modern quiet apartment. Everything works 100! Check in went smoothly and they arranged a taxi for us for early Sunday morning to the station. Near to tourist attractions but a bit too far for us to walk to the station. Taxi worked fine though. We enjoyed our stay and will repeat.
