The accommodation is in a cul-de-sac, which continues in the form of a forest path. The garden is lovingly decorated. The apartment is so clean, you could eat off the floor. This hosts think of a lot of little things, like wine in the fridge, home-made jam on the kitchen table, sweets and fruits for welcome, etc. etc. I could give it 12/10 if the site allowed me to, and if it were not for a heating problem, which I will describe in the next section.

We were greeted by the lovely two hosts who showed us around the property and also made up a list of things for us to see and do in Hamburg as they knew we would be going there next. The apartment was perfect. A great deck to sit out and watch the sunset. A comfortable bed. A relaxing living room to watch Netflix or play a game. We appreciated having the kitchen to prepare our meals. The shower was gorgeous and huge. The small village has a bakery and a lovely restaurant near the ferry. We spent the day on our bikes exploring the area and found interesting historical sites and beautiful scenery. This was one of our favourite stops on our Elbe cycle journey from Prague to Hamburg!
