Part for guests is not really connected to the owners part so you don't have to bother about privacy. The owner is a talker with fluent English, but never insistent or obtrusive ;) The apartment is super clean! There is a floor covering everywhere and it was almost shiny, we were walking barefoot without any concern. Also no dust even thought there's a bit of trifels on shelves. It was a great stay for good price and without any problems.

Nice garden as well with glass house for warmth and rain protection.
