Stunning guesthouse in great location, a couple of blocks from the market. Despite the central location the guesthouse is extremely quiet, with no street noise. The room was huge and the beds were extremely comfortable- we had the best sleep we’ve had in a long time! The architecture is gorgeous, the photos just don’t do it justice! The guesthouse has everything you need for a comfortable short or longer term stay, including a well equipped kitchen if you would like to do some cooking. The host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable, amazing family running the place. They were so wonderful and hospitable that I decided to stay an extra night. There’s a beautiful view from the rooftop, and it’s a peaceful place to stay.

Crossed by a waterfall, this ethnic-style house in Peguche, 3 km from Otavalo, features rooms with views of the Andes and Valley of Dawn. Free Wi-Fi and parking are available. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel, the friendly staff, the great breakfasts, and our adorable room! The hotel is in close proximity to Otavalo's traditional market, but far enough out of town to be quiet at night. Our hotel was the perfect place to come home to after our day in the market, and the staff even washed our laundry while we were away for a reasonable cost! For nature lovers, there's a beautiful waterfall just down the street from the hotel.

Breakfast was very good - homemade and served at the hour of your choosing. The host asked the evening before what time and what I would like. Location is quiet and peaceful, rooms are comfortable. Note all rooms are up a flight of stairs. I did not mind, but do note that the room has a skylight so it gets light with the sunrise.

My wife and I are Senior Travellers and this accommodation fit the bill perfectly. We rented an apartment that encompassed the whole of the second floor. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, and a living room with a television. We also had a state if the art washing machine and a line in the courtyard where we could hang our clothes to dry. There was a restaurant on the patio that served a very nice breakfast for $3.50. Our hosts, Fabian and Theresa were very friendly and helpful.
