There is not 1 thing negative I would say about this luxury boutique property. It was stunning, service was personal and the location/design aesthetic, food, drink impeccable.

La Buganvilla Rooms is located on the seafront in Arrecife, 1.1 km from Playa Del Reducto and 8 km from Costa Teguise Golf Course. The property features city and quiet street views, and is 10 km from Campesino Monument. The guest house provides sea views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. It was exactly what I expected and I would say a bit more. You'll get a room in a house, where the owners live. You can freely use the facilities of course such as two bathrooms, smash kitchen, sit on a terrace with your food or drink. There are basics in the bathrooms like body gel, hair gel. In the kitchen there is a capsule coffee maker, drinking water, teas that you can help yourself with and also Fiona bakes delicious cupcakes. The owner is really nice, she'll have a chat with you if you want and give you tips on the city. Oh and there is a dog as a bonus 🙂 Also it is really at a really convenient location. You can even walk from the bus stop if you take a bus from the airport instead of a car.

Great location for those who want to escape beach resorts in favor of a more authentic experience of the island. Would stay again and recommend it to anyone who comes to Lanzarote for hiking.

It was easy there were coded lock boxes at the front so you got your key there. And store it there if you went out. Ana could speak English well and helped me along with my Spanish. We had useful conversations. It was relaxing and a safe heaven after a day with my pals hang gliding. Ana's mum was attentive even though she didn't speak English. I felt like they couldn't do enough for me. She even checked on me when I left to ensure I got to the airport on time.

It is really well situated to the beach, a shop for groceries, and a bus stop for getting to and from the airport or nearest resort. Restaurants and are within walking distance. There is parking space for cars. The area is lovely and quiet with a great view of the mountains. The appartment is very modern and comfortable. It contains everything you need e.g. Smart TV, washing machine, towels, soap, hairdryer, kitchen items, tea/coffee, condiments, and even a cheeky bottle of wine :) It has a home away from home feel which I absolutely loved.

Boasting pool views, VILLAS NEW LANZASUITES PLUS features accommodation with patio, around 300 metres from Flamingo Beach. The accommodation has a year-round outdoor pool, a spa bath and a hot tub. The accommodation offers a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. It was great! Lots of little surprises, that made our stay even better.

Everything was great and the owner was always available when we needed help with something.

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. It was a wonderful stay overall. I was amazed by Luca's and Juana's hospitality. They were super helpful and caring! There is plenty of space in the room, closets, a comfortable and big bed and a bathroom (also super nice). There is a private exit to theirs garden and pool. The neighbourhood is quite and veeery esthetic.
