I'd stay again just for the breakfast - variety of fresh, local cheeses; yogurt made from the monks of a local abbey; cured meat that Gills finished curing in his drying room; don't even get me started about the pastries.... You can tell Gills & his wife put their heart & souls into this historic haven and it shows in every detail - thank you for the amazing stay! We hope to be back!
