Just 10 minutes from Agios Kyrikos, yet far from all the noise, it offered exactly the peace and quiet we were looking for. The sunrise from the beach, only a 2-minute walk from the apartment, was unforgettable – perfect for an early morning swim. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and had a spacious terrace where we enjoyed spending time. Relaxing there with a book in complete peace was indescribable – you truly adopt the island’s rhythm. Towels were changed every two days and the beds were made daily. The staff was exceptionally kind and served a delicious breakfast on the terrace every morning. At night, the starry sky was spectacular – we could even see the Milky Way. Since the island is accessible only by car, the shaded parking on site was very convenient. Beautiful beaches are also nearby. This was the perfect choice for us, as we wanted to stay away from the crowds and enjoy a relaxing, authentic atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The host prepared a (complementary) snack and helped up plan our trip into Athens the next day. The area was nice for short walks on country (farm) roads.

Incredíble view of bay & village, the coastline beyond, distant islands. Fantastic sunrise. GREAT balcony (only some rooms--ours did.) Sweet patio with wonderful view, cables & chairs --social or solitary as desired. Three different hot springs locations just a few steps away. Excellent swimming entry right from hotel. Many cafés and a few shops just a few feet away. Fins and snorkle rental available, although we brought our own. Wonderfully friendly and helpful owner. This place is an incredible treasure.

Nikos has done amazing job upgrading this little hut in Droutsoulas village - our stay there was extremely comfortable, as we really enjoyed the front yard, the view, the amazing temperature inside the house (no AC was needed even though we stayed there during a heatwave). One may find informative brochures on the table with places to visit, great tavernas, nice beaches and all the traditional panigiria. I highly recommend spending several days there to enjoy the island. Having a car or motorcycle is a must, as the village is approximately 20 mins from Evdilos, and hitchhiking your way up is not an option, as there are almost no inhabitants in the village any more. The kitchen was also very clean and equipped and I'm definitely going back to spend a few days during the winter, as those mountain views were insane!
