Zakoni is located on a beautiful hill and our room was overlooking the hotel garden and the lake. The room was big and well equipped, it was clean and very comfortable. The entire hotel and the room decor was antique style and absolutely beautiful. Maria, the owner, was very helpful, welcoming and kind. She gave us a very comfortable feeling and was always at our disposal for any questions or recommendations.

So much we do plan to stay here next year and hopefully the weather will be a little better. The fireplace is the room and balcony viewing the lake was one of memorable nights.

I can’t recommend this place enough—definitely worth a visit!
