Maintenant nous savons qui est Abu :D L'accueil, la gentillesse et la bienveillance de Gerson et Carlos ont largement dépassé nos attentes. Ils nous ont répondu et aidé pour l'organisation des transfert, et autres activités. La vue est splendide. Des kayaks, paddle et vélos de lac sont à disposition. C'est situé dans le village de San Juan la Laguna mais en dehors du centre et sécuritaire pour s'y rendre sans soucis. C'est un éco hostel qui fonctionne à l'énergie solaire principalement, ne vous attendez pas au grand luxe, mais le confort des chambres et leur vue n'a rien à envier à d'autres établissements. Notre hôte était super et avait beaucoup de renseignements pratiques pour nos activités, et autres. Superbe piscine avec vue sur le lac!! Notre petite maison était géniale! Je recommande vivement!

The host is AMAZING. He is beyond friendly and helpful. He connected us with his cousin who gave us a great rate for the drive from Guatemala City straight to the property. There’s amazing street vendors for food literally every street you walk down, it’s right by the Mirador, a 5 minute walk to all the best parts of the city and 10 minutes walking to the lake. The view from the roof is beautiful. The property itself was really clean and spacious, and the beds were super comfy. I honestly can’t say enough. We loved our stay here.

The place is absolutely beautiful, and very special. We really enjoyed our time there, watching the sunset or having breakfast with the spectacular view. The home made soap/shampoo were a very nice touch. Jenny and Clemens are very gracious hosts and extremely responsive and helpful. The kitchen was comfortable to cook basic things in. This place is definitely worth the effort and was one of our favorite stays during our trip.

I really enjoyed my time at Casa Guillermo Batz. Located in a more quiet part of San Pedro both restaurants and shop was close by. The host Melissa was fantastic making breakfast each morning at 8 AM and could answer any question you might have whether things to do in San Pedro or how to get to the other small towns around the lake. I stayed in the dorm, which was a large room with two bunk beds sharing the bathroom with some of the private rooms. Everything was clean. Thank you Melissa for providing such a wonderful stay in San Pedro.
