Apartment is rather large and well equipped. Bedroom has a lot of space and large wardrobe, with a good bed. Living room has a sofa that extends into large twin bed. It was a bit strange to accustom to as the part that extend was quite hard, even for me that likes sleeping on such surfaces. Living room also sports huge wall mounted TV, and it branches into the kitchen and balcony. Kitchen was well equipped with table that sits 4 to 6 people without problem. Balcony is large, and since the apartment is on the last floor, its slated covers open towards the sky and offers great view towards the town. It is comfortable place for rest. Bathroom has large walk in shower, plenty of towels and is very clean. Area is safe and very green. Bakery, pharmacy and general store are in the same building, just on the opposite side. It is 5-10 minutes of walking away form the bus and train stations, and it is 15 minutes of walk far away from the Korzo, main promenade. It is easily accessible from the highway. Only drawback is for people with limited mobility - apartment is on the fourth floor, without elevator.

The appartment is very well equipt and all small every day necesities were available. Everything was very clean and tidy. We felt more like guests of the friends then guests of accomodation. Since we arrived in the moment when hosts had barbecue, they also shared their food with us. Available beer and sweets were also a nice gesture.

Perfect for family stay and rest. Clean, warm, enough space with everything you may need inside. There is lot of places for walk around, restorants, parks for children to play. It has its own parking spot acros the street, which is perfect. If we ever come to Slavonski Brod again, we will be back at Loft 72, loved it so much.

There is huge balcony with yard and child area with swings. Comunication with host was great. Everything was clean. Even some amenities in the kitchen.

The amenities are clean and they make sure you have everything you need, even the small snacks and a coffee upon arrival. Massage chair and sauna I did not use but that's added bonus. Will stay there again definitely.
