The area is quiet, but the location is really good, close to the beach, the restaurants, the supermarkets and the Icon shopping mall. The room was much better than I expected for the price: spacious, really clean, good furniture, super comfortable bed, big bathroom. They provide water, tea, and coffee in the room. There's even an umbrella, which was super helpful since I came during the rainy season. Totally recommend
